The logic of this south-end of a north-bound horse is typical of the left/libs. Any money that they don't get to spend is a subsidy. The exemption that these folks are applying for is for the donors to get to use it as a non-taxable donation, so I guess in mcdermott's mind that it is really the gov'tment's money.
