You'll probably get deleted for posting the truth, Richard. Every site I have attempted to discuss this subject has deleted references to the facts widely researched and available in the public domain. Researchers have attempted to prove the opposite, that the tests inherent bias skew results, and instead, all have reaffirmed test accuracy, across countries and continents. Political correctness is hiding the truth rather than focusing in on it to uncover what might be done to address the problem.

O'blahblah is through. He didn't listen to big oil and they are going to "Carter" him. When Carter put price controls on oil in the seventies big oil simply wouldn't sell their stocks. Oil storage tanks were filled to the brim, pumps were turned off and Carter was finished. These are international companies that play big. BO pulled permits on Federal lands, delayed permitting and killed Keystone to shore up his base which appears to have worked, for now. At five bucks on Memorial Day, his popularity will tank when the Superpacs and special interests start explaining the cause.

JaneNY, We can be only too sure you would never vote against your own self-interest. You are such a chick, a New Yorker and an apparent princess. But what is unclear is why you need to go on a public forum to dis your own father, the one who gave you life and paid for your self-indulgent lifestyle. If my own father were alive, I would take the disrespectful comment and ask for his forgiveness and understanding.

Forgot feminists. Even though over half of the lost lives are aborted females, they are out of sight. Not like whales or horses.

Abortion is inconsistent with the plea for peace, love and life supposedly espoused by those opposing war. Abortion of minorities is inconsistent with those supporting diversity. Abortion is a sin according to Christian commandments and inconsistent with Catholic teaching. Abortion is inconsistent with Jewish law. So why are so many Catholics, evangelicals, Jews and minorities Democrats? They have reconciled the issue by accepting the Party as the necessity and the loss of life as acceptable casualties for the "cause", conveniently because the victims don't whimper or protest. Hitler had it soo easy...
As a manager, I listened intently for indications of victimization, shunning those who offered it up too easily. Corporate studies indicate victimization bias lowers achievement and success. Some employees truly were victimized but somehow would win in spite of the odds and relish the challenge. Others, given every golden opportunity, managed to find the dark cloud in every silver lining. Such is the difference in winning and losing in life. Our schools need to teach this skill to give everyone a chance, a hope, a drive and it has to be done early before victimization becomes a life long behavior pattern.
And who best knows how to present the case of the victim? Who is trained, schooled and motivated to present the case of a victim for personal gain, to manipulate a pool of average Americans for personal profit? Why it is the same group that populates the halls of Congress, professional lawyers. In fact, by using the law to empower more victims, the legal industry gains revenue, notoriety and numbers. Yet most are stunningly ignorant of business, moral, economic or international issues. No matter, they know how to manipulate and our consumer society readily accepts 60 second manipulations, trained to do so as soon as the television viewing (18 months?) begins.
Victimization has a strong sales appeal, as do fear, greed, envy and sex, and is why it is so often used to manipulate others. It is part of the human condition to align with victimization with either sympathy or empathy. It has the appearance of morality in a culture awash in self-gratification and low moral standards, allowing the manipulation to become a "right." This is not to diminish true victims of physical or sexual abuse who need the power of the law and community to provide protection and justice. But those who use victimization to merely gain personal power, wealth or esteem need to be shunned. For the manipulated, it becomes a personal crutch, an addiction that robs their independence, confidence and esteem.
They are isolated in the prison population because criminals find them offensive. At Angola, there are five separate camps (prisons). One is reserved for sex offenders.
