How about this also, All people elected or appointed positions that require Senate approval forfeit their right to the Fifth Amendment. If they have something to hide before the appointment they should not be approved and if they have anything to hide after appointment they should realize they are accountable to the people and should not be in office.

Actually under their Oath they are not allowed to lie to us or to the other branches, what did you think Clinton was getting impeached for? Lying about an affair with Monica, not the other actual criminal actions he had taken. Yet Bush and Obama has done much worse.

Are we going to keep allowing the criminals to run free and destroy our nation? I don't care who the 'masters' are, they can do little without their "slaves" to carry it out.

How do you get that to pass the House and Senate? Or much of anything else that is good for the people and will make our supposed representatives responsive to the people? We need to rise up enmasse and show them our strength (in numbers), but that isn't going to happen until/unless people wake up to the fact that our nation is in dire straits and that won't change until we quite spending more time with computers, TV, sports and other things and pay more attention to what our elected representatives are doing in Washington D.C.

Obamacare is a tax. It’s not a tax. Politicians and pundits are all over the map on this. A tax, a mandate, a ham sandwich…the answer depends on who you ask. But none of this matters because, whatever else it is, it’s currently the law of the land. But how did this happen?

During the debate over Obamacare, Democrats not only stampeded toward any camera they could find to say it wasn’t a tax, they spewed hundreds, if not thousands, of other lies about what it is and is not.
