fccombs... what you propose would require the favorable outcome of a second Civil War... nothing less... since persuasion will not accomplish such. A looming second Civil War is now likely inevitable anyway thus resulting in dissolution of the United States with division of the land into multi-Republics.

"Dilution-Solution"... is that quietly sought by those too different (in terms not of race but instead of ideology, belief systems and life habits) to as such ever be considered 'equal'.

At the presidential level, the Republican Party is at death's door.
