Your assumption is that the feds will enforce any such plan and will not sue states who try to implement such a plan. It does not matter if it's a democrat or RINO led administration, the laws have not and will not be enforced. That is by design. Marco RINO says it is unfeasible to deport 11 million illegals. Why, that's frickin' easy. Just enforce laws on employers, make illegals pay their income taxes, offer no gov't handouts to non-citizens and voila. There will be a sucking sound going south. But the Central Government will not enforce the laws already on the books. Why would they enforce any new policy?
