McGovern, I was thinking about the very situation you brought up. How is it that the Cleveland kidnapper can be charged with murder, unless the State recognizes that the fetus is a person? And, if the fetus is a person in these cases, why isn't the fetus a person in the case of abortion? Seems like a glaring case of double standard to me. Also, it is sickening and maddening that the President is supporitng this nonsense.

AliveInHim, The FFRF is looking for any opportunity to try and appear relevant. If they weren't harrassing school districts and others about religious expressions, they would be obscure and irrelevant and that would be devasting to their egos.

Sarah266, You stated exactly what I was thinking. What happens when the song offends the Christian students? Do they get to sue the school district becasue they felt bullied or intimidated? Will the FFRF support them? I thikn we know the answer.
