If it's true that PP is cutting back on lobbying, then that's a start. All of these problems began many years back with congressmen handing out money that we didn't have to organizations that would kick some back - and those organizations grew and grew their piece of the pie through lobbyists. Now take away the rest of the handouts.

Planned Parenthood slashed its spending on lobbying in the first quarter of 2012 by 88 percent, disclosure records show.
