So, we get "green" lighting,and practically all OTHER "green" retail items,from the country that sells weaponry and nuclear devices and power plants to our ENEMIES,like Iran, all the time.The factories in China pay HEAVY taxes to the Communist government in order to stay in business,so everything we buy that is made there BENEFITS THE GOVERNMENT,which has not even BEGUN to "liberalize" ANYTHING,and STILL has a REVOLTING human rights record.
No wonder Hugo Chavez wants ALL his countrymen to have them.

One major reason why medical care is so hugely expensive is the CONSTANT threat of nonsensical,multimillion-dollar lawsuits,and everyone involved in medical care having to carry liability or malpractice insurance,at VERY high rates,and they pass those expenses on to US and our insurance companies. In some medical specialties,doctors pay HALF of their income out in malpractice insurance fees. Completing a thorough overhaul of the tort and medical malpractice abuse rackets would GREATLY reduce the costs of doctors,suppliers,drug companies,medical device developers, and others,and would make health care cheaper for ALL of us,but since our government is largely made up of lawyers,don't hold your breath!

The Islamists will keep recruiting their useful idiots,and whatever we do with our military WON'T MATTER. If we seem aggressive and fight-hungry,they will recruit. If we seem like we WON'T fight and want to be isolationist,they will recruit,AND be enabled to bring their holy war HERE. If we kill armed IslamoFascists in their own or nearby countries,that's that many fewer to come HERE and start fighting the US in its own STREETS.

I'd have to disagree with Harsanyi on his idea of good movies,but I do agree with him on the moral bankruptcy of Hollywood. Where's the "compassion" for Polanski's 13 year old VICTIM??The Hollywoodites' brand of "compassion" is probably why Charlie Manson is still living and breathing after his gang MURDERED POLANSKI'S WIFE!

I am glad to hear that SOMEONE is watching these guys! They have a lot of extreme positions on animal rights and the rights of those who own,hunt or work with them,and yet they don't seem to be DOING much in the way of actually HELPING the animals themselves.
