Non Sense of the Day. Equating Secularism with Leftism or Rightism is one of the biggest fallacies of our time. Karl Marx and Ayn Rand were both "Atheists" yet their political and economical views differ so much! (for people familiar with their works.) Thomas Jefferson was most probably a Deist (Non Christian) was he a left wing too? Or was Thomas Paine a left wing? Calling the United States a Christian country "founded by Christian values" is a big fallacy too!
