oracle- Let's think about the regime's that have led the latin american countries. Keep your horse pucky. I am not conflating. I keep sharing that the tests are not valid no matter what race. Our culture is at an all time low morally--people who are poor are usually lacking a father (who is a living witness of provider, defender, protector, and love--among other things). Those circumstances perpetuate...not genetic (unless kept that way by those who would enslave).

Well, guess what...my children are straight A students in Greek, Latin, Philosophy, Theology, Euclid, etc. Thank goodness there are some schools that don't look at those nasty S.A.T.s because they scored low on those. It is the times. I recently sat in on a show where the host was speaking of the addictions (and this is a new one) of children to their i-phones or i-pods or i somethings. Technology is constantly taking the place of human interaction. The times are really aweful when people refuse to see a baby in a mother's womb...or worse, when they do see and say it may be killed because it is my choice. I don't have the answer. But racist reports will not provide the answers--they scare and they divide. By the way, my descent is European.
