My only thought is "so was Neville Chamberlain's when he returned to England from Munich waving a peice of paper in his hand." ------------------------ England supposedly declared war on Germany because Germany invaded Poland. Well, at the same time.... so did the Soviet Union. Why then did England not also declare war on the Soviet Union???
