Verycold, I agree with your assessment, and worry that raising the min Wage will do damage to low end & entry level workers. I know that Romney understands this- he's a business minded guy, but he also understands that the GOP needs to change a bit, particularly it's tone on a few of these issues. I didn't detect anything in what he said that alarms me - he's not laying out anything specific. And he wants to win an election for a change.
This may be a non-issue to you, but what goes around, comes around. This abuse shouldn't' be tolerated by any American. Only a political hack would defend (or ignore) the indefensible.
Let's hope not. Issa is after this, and Gowdy/S.C. is on the hunt as well. The public needs to see that this one doesn't die - this is massive abuse that needs to be fixed.
I don't think so - Issa and his staff are on the hunt - this is a HUGE issue, and a massive abuse of govt. It NEEDS to be pursued. Tune out if you want, but I'm tuned in, and demand this be looked into.
You're a comedian. If you fail to see the destructive result of this President's policies, you're also blind. Feel free to take some heart that so many are left out of the workforce, and that so many more will follow. What a moron.
What is so sacred about fire-departments?

Couldn't agree more. Refreshing to see SOMEone held accountable for a misdeed, unlike the Obama White House's M.O., which underlines the President's unsuitability as a leader.

Concur. This stinks to high heaven, and having the 4th amendment trampled is NOT in our best security interests.

Mstancil, I like the prayer, and the sentiment! This debate about Snowden's actions is widespread- I have pals in the intel world, and many echo the analysis of Cliff May's editorial. They think there is no danger to us with their current data gathering- and we have not really been illegally "searched" by our govt. They don't think they have done anything wrong. They don't concede that the big changes that are now being made to this program indicates that there was EVER any wrongdoing. It is a real divergent train of thought here in the U.S.
