Couldn't agree more; in talking to some of my Army friends, one doesnt't rise to the position in the Army that West did, unless you are a stellar performer. West is clearly one of the brightest guys holding office, who has real character. Let's hope professional politics doesn't wreck him.

This article is very jaded and you know it. It's one of those taken with many grains of salt. He doesn't paint a kind picture of anybody. If you want to hang your hat on it, and really beleive it's "the truth", then your TRUE colors are showing through - ...Obamabot.

Truth, there's no point here. Coulter and every other talking head sometimes engage in hyperbole. Don't try to make more out of it than is actually there. The rest of the adults get what she meant, and no one thought she was out to harm anyone. Sorry if you've been left out.

Mosh, there would have to be hundreds, perhaps thousands, of insiders to make the 9-11 conspiracy work. I'm around many military, and NONE of them buy into the conspiracy idea. There have been no leaks. The evidence has been reviewed by experts; none of those "insiders" has ever turned up, or given any leaks. There's not a conspriacy behind every tree, on this one.

I'm not sure there is a safety net in the civilian world for moments like this. Hassan was different, since his world was very hierarchical, but this guy is a civilian. I think his parents let him down... and US!
