"But the biggest problem of all is that liberals really, really believe the stuff they're putting out as factual"....gosh, isn't that exactly what this article is doing? At no point does it offer a citation, example, or does it reference something that exists outside of the writer's self-satisfied opinion. You are committing the same offense that you are railing against also; you are presenting your observations and opinions as factual, with no evidence to back them up outside of your own stereotypical perceptions of what a liberal must be. You appear blissfully ignorant of the hypocrisy and the logical problem with putting forth your case by using the same technique you are attempting to invalidate. Well done.
"They work tirelessly to try to silence Fox News"...who is doing this? They do not agree with most of Fox news, but I have not heard of anyone actually trying to silence it. "liberals have about as much interest in science as they do in supporting the troops"...another completely specious stereotype. This article is simply restating the appalling lies that self-satisfied misanthropic iconoclasts tell themselves to preserve their simplistic world view, permitting them to feel morally superior without actually having to think or make any effort to seek the truth-if he can presume to see into the minds of liberals then I certainly reserve to do the same with conservatives.
"Liberals believe in allowing children to have abortions over the protests of their parents, they want to force churches to perform gay weddings" ....this is a blatant disregard for the truth. An inflammatory lie in other words. I have never heard anyone advocate either of these; even if there is someone out there who does it certainly doesn't define whatever group this writer imagines 'liberals' to be. None of these confabulations on the list cites an actual existing example of a person or a group advocating these policies; instead he presumes to know what millions of people actually think by taking their position and twisting into the most cynical shape possible while offering no explanation except 'I think this, therefore it must be so.
