Let's see if we've got this right: The CIA gave the bad news to the WH that Al Qaeda was responsible and that information was removed by someone (we'll never know who) and the edited version without the REAL story was provided to the person selected to be the mouthpiece but, in the real world this mouthpiece had no real knowledge but was just reading the talking points. So all that being said, we cannot criticize the mouthpiece because she only knew what she was told. Well, that begs the issue - why was someone without any knowledge put into the position of giving the affirmative statements about who knew what, when, etc. And, in point of fact the mouthpiece could not say any of this with certainty. Wow, how dumb.

The victim card was officially pulled out by President Obama at a press conference earlier this week when he told reporters that Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham (he left female Senator Kelly Ayotte out of the list despite Ayotte being a strong critic of Susan Rice) shouldn't be going after U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice for her comments about Libya. Earlier this week McCain, Graham and Ayotte requested a select committee to look into what happened in Benghazi and all three suggested a Rice nomination for Secretary of State should be blocked.
