Debtors prisons might become a reality in this country. People could not afford insurance are now going to be taxed for the amount of insurance and they still have to figure out a manner in which to pay for health care as well as insurance and to still keep body and soul together - thanks to the ObamaCare. Much like Pandora's box, our looking into the Health Care Law the more the ills coming flying out - and we might not have any hope left after the change.

But what about that Hopey Changy thing? The federal government cannot force a citizen to purchase any commodity it/he/she does not want to buy. Period. To tax someone because they refuse to buy a "mandated" item is called slavery.

by Michael F. Cannon and Jonathan H. Adler

A president who says “I haven’t raised taxes” has authorized his Internal Revenue Service issue a “final rule” that will illegally tax some 12 million individuals, plus large employers, in as many as 40 states beginning in 2014. Oklahoma’s attorney general has asked a federal court to block this rule. Members of Congress have introduced legislation in both the House and the Senate to quash it.

At first glance, it might not seem that the IRS is up to anything...
