1. Trayvon wasn't "followed"--he was watched from a distance. As always, Will never gets the facts straight.

2. Trayvon was a 17-year-old athlete in open space. He wasn't cornered, and Zimmerman NEVER presented any threat. NONE of the evidence contradicts this. And yet, Trayvon attacked Zimmerman anyway.

3. ALL of the injuries prior to the gunshot were on Zimmerman, not Trayvon. Zimmerman NEVER attacked Trayvon and NEVER landed so much as a punch. This was a completely one-sided assault--ONE WHICH TRAYVON NEVER HAD TO INITIATE.

4. Some Leftists like Will insist Zimmerman's injuries weren't that severe. SINCE NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE HAS INDICATED THAT TRAYVON WOULD CEASE ASSAULTING ZIMMERMAN, what was Zimmerman supposed to do? Wait until his injuries were worse? This is a laughable point from Trayvon's advocates.

5. THE ONLY ONE WHO UTTERED RACIST COMMENTS AND ACTED ON THEM THAT NIGHT WAS TRAYVON, NOT ZIMMERMAN. There was profiling going on that night, and it was ALL done by Trayvon.

6. Was Trayvon lawfully there? Absolutely--which is why Zimmerman never sought to arrest or confront him. BOTH THE CONFRONTATION AND THE ASSAULT WERE FULLY INITIATED BY TRAYVON MARTIN, A YOUNG RACIST WITH A VIOLENT CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER.

7. The only witness completely confirmed Zimmerman's account. Trayvon's only witness was caught in multiple lies.

Sorry Marxist Will, but Zimmerman was completely exonerated BY THE FACTS. As an America-hating Marxist, you of course hate the facts--but the facts stand, nonetheless.

UPDATE: Zimmerman's defense lawyer announced he will continue taking legal action against NBC News for unfairly smearing his client before the trial.

UPDATE: Zimmerman reportedly said he wants to go to law school to "help other people like me."

UPDATE: More from the AP:

The Justice Department says it is looking into the shooting death of Trayvon Martin to determine whether federal prosecutors should file criminal civil rights charges now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted in the state...
