I don't understand how 'Bloomers' can just up and make a law when he is not a legislator. I'm sure that he considers himself to be a dictator but I don't think his actions are legal (like the feds). Isn't anyone going to take issue with him about the soft drinks, or are all the lawyers in N.Y. drinking kool-aid?
