Considering the place in his heart, his future, and that of his regime, the abortionists (and the 'scientists' getting about identifying human characteristics in utero via DNA) hold, Axelrod and the manipulators of Barack Obama better get about exploiting this portion of their constituency while they can. The heirs of Margaret Sanger and Alfred Rosenberg will continue to get about their evil business and there will be as many Americans with Down's Syndrome as their are Passenger Pigeons in North America. I learned conservatisim listening to him argue with my relatives who were all Democrats but him and my mother. He died in '75 and I bet he is voting Democrat ever since his death.
