Dear InsideStraight, to answer your first question, "Yes." For your second question, "No." However, certain trolls, either up front with who they are, or other trolls who pretend to be conservatives, can get their posts deleted due to profanity, inane personal attacks, or the usual reason, posting cut and paste statements over and over and over again, causing real readers and contributors to have to move up and down the page just to continue the discussion. They disrupt the conversation, like rude little children, and in the same light are sent to their room (i.e. their posts are deleted, and most times they are banned for a period of time, in accordance with the size of their disruption.)

Unfortunately, I agree with kcjw33. Until I see Holder gone, there will be no indictments against any other government official. Once he's out of the way, you will see a great cleansing of 0bama's minions. But until then....

John, I'm thinking that the only people who still like 0bama are his children. I'm not sure about Michelle... She seems to be one of those "what have you done for me TODAY" type of person. And, unfortunately for him, the answer is "not much". He needs to get some people who will tell him the truth, rather than those who tickle his ears with what they think he wants to hear. Fortunately for us Conservatives, that's not even remotely possible. November's coming!

Seriously, Mr. Ransom, if you cannot or will not ban (preferably by IP address) the poster known as USC (now philer), I will have to forego reading any more of your columns. I enjoy intelligent repartee as much as the next person, but this complete idiot gives regular Conservatives indigestion. Obviously, the "Flag as Offensive" button serves no purpose, and banning only the username doesn't stop this waste of oxygen from simply changing his name and posting more inanities. For the love of all mankind, please, I beg you, ban his IP address!!

Dr. Sowell, I appreciated your comment about flipping burgers. When I started working at McDonald's, I started on fries, just like every other new worker. I quickly worked to register, then cook, then breakfast cook, opening breakfast cook, swing manager, fourth asst manager, first asst manager, then was offered the manager position at a store, all within two years. I turned down the manager job, because the guy who had been first asst there was an excellent manager in his own right, and I felt he had earned that position fairly. I worked as his first asst until moving on to the military. Learned a lot of good lessons there. "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!"
