"Educated" is a very subjective term nowadays.

Public employee unions allow their members to hold the tax payer hostage. Unions have become like gangs that attempt to terrorize and threaten others to get their way. If their members would only wake up and realize that the no growth policies of the Socialist/DemocRAT party are prolonging the recession and making it impossible for those employed in the private sector to afford the taxes that pay their salaries, benefits and pensions.

What has happened is that children are raised by T.V. now. The sanctity of human life is no longer recognized. Psychotropic drugs ie: ritalin are given out like candy. We are reaping what was sown.

Excellent idea! Every boy who's dad or grandfather served in the armed forces or law enforcement should bring a photo of them (holding their gun) to school. How about right before Memorial Day? The left gets whackier by the day.

At the risk of sounding like a "conspiracy theorist ," I ask: could it be that the leaders of both parties are working toward the same outcome only at different speeds? The goal being the collapse of our nation in order to bring us under the one world government?

From the substance and tenor of the rant, I can say the writer bears out the fact that the public school system has failed us. Not so much for lack of dedicated teachers as for federal and state imposed rulings and mandates that are politically driven and seem formulated to dumb down all students to the lowest common denominator. And experience has shown that throwing increasing amounts of money at the problem will not help.

They have not "forgotten" Scottie, the public indoctrination centers have deliberately created generations of American history illiterates. Many people have been dumbed down by the "progressives."
