Ken, thanks for the article.
What we will never know is how many jobs in the private sector he prevented by borrowing money from the private sector in order to provide funding from government for his 'created' jobs. Obama sacrificed the unseen so that he could claim credit for the seen. Read quotes 21 and 22 again and again until you understand.

I think the scarier outcome of the decision is if government decides to "tax" you based on your BMI. How about an additional 1% income tax surcharge for each point your BMI is above 25. Report to your local government IRS/Healthcare office for your official quarterly BMI assessment. Oh yeah, and bring your checkbook. But don't worry, the courts have already said that you can't deny someone welfare due to illegal drug use, alcohol, or smoking. So, be skinney, high, and poor and everything is free....

I have a great amount of respect for Neal, but I have to disagree with his 'unlimited ability to tax' arguement. It a The Federal Government has been doing this for years, only they've been doing in a reverse way. Here's what I mean. Today, we pay an income tax. Then government says that if you perform a certain activity (pay a mortgage, install energy efficient appliances or windows, etc), then you can deduct that from your income for tax purposes and recieve a refund. It's the same thing, it is just applied in the opposite way... Health Insurance... pay $x income tax No Health Insurance... pay $x income tax + $2500 Income, with no mortgage.... pay $y Income, with mortgage... pay $y - (marginal rate x interest expense)
