Your federal goverment...codified in your Constitution. A tragic document. Power to the people.

The Constitution has not failed; those sworn to protect it have failed, thanks to the malevolence and stupidity of people like the ones who voted for Barack Obama.

"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessing of LIBERTY to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The Constitution IS the power of the people, oh, ye of little understanding.

It has failed to limit the Federal Government. By any definition...a failure.

The Constitution GIVES power to the people and limits the Federal government's power, you dolt.

Last week I gave you a look at Senator Diane Feinstein's semi-automatic weapon ban legislation, which includings new restrictions on semi-automatic rifles, handguns and shotguns. The legislation is expected to be introduced today when the 113th Congress begins.

“On the first day of the new Congress, I intend to introduce a bill stopping the sale, transfer, importation and manufacturing of assault weapons as well as large ammunition magazines, strips and drums that hold more than 10 rounds.”

Meanwhile, gun control is at the top...
