No, no change there. He said he loves to fire people. He is a corporate bully. Cold, heartless, clueless. Like a robot, a male Stepford wife.

What specific freedoms have we lost? No one here tells me what to do except the people at the airport. What caused that? We stuck our noses where they weren't appreciated.

Ridiculous. The first five months of work goes to the military and infrastructure, to preferred contractors that charge too much, not just to people on the dole as you say. I'll bet most of the people in your family of certain age accept Medicare and SS. Repulbicans also want to restrict freedoms. I haven't noticed any differences in my quality of life regardless of how much taxes I have to pay. I just pay them for the privilege of living here where I don't have to step over dead bodies or watch people starve or fear being kidnapped at every corner, and everything still works. Water still runs in the house, I still have electricity, the stores have more than I could want unlike other countries I have been to.
Yes, that is why the rich continue to live here in Beverly Hills, Palm Beach, New York, even when they denounce their citizenship. This trend towards helping the rich will spell doom for everyone, even the rich. Powers do collapse eventually. Look at history. Too much concentrated wealth only spells trouble.
Fight on American soil? Who are you going to fight? Not that many will come to your party. If you start something, foreign powers will move in and take over, just like Western powers have done to Europe and other continents. The other powers in the world are just waiting for more divisiveness among us. Divide and conquer. America will be America as long as its people stand together.
Yes, never let him have his citizenship back. He will still live here anyway, they all do; they have houses in Beverly Hills, New York, Palm Beach everywhere. They are not American anyway. He was born in Brazil, so how is he American. How evil is it to denounce your American citizenship which most of us hold so dearly, just for money? It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter Heaven, no? It is all about greed. How very unholy.

Finding Your Roots

I too remember This Is Your Life, it was at times awkward, telling stars that they had been alcoholics or in mental institutions. He seemed to relish putting out their dirty laundry and then patronizingly say that they had overcome their stuggles. That was not fun, that was cruel. No, there was no discussion of race, I don't recall any blacks being featured on that show. What is so insulting about comparing a program that dredged up the past with one who seeks to find relations. Dr. Gates finds cousins and family history for people of all colors, not just blacks. He has had Asians on there and Martha Stewart whose grandparents were relatively recent immigrants and had nothing to do with slavery. Why take it personally?

As France Goes, so Goes Europe?

Judaism is not the manufactured belief system. It is the original "one-God-and He-has-no-sons" faith that Christianity and Islam hi-jacked with the help of a desert warrior and a Roman emperor.
The onslaught won't stop until those that hire them are also made to pay the price. Many employers make them feel welcome, you know.
