The article makes a good point. Maddow does attempt to make reasoned arguments, although I don't buy any of them. She's way more intelligent that Olbermann.

Very timely article.. aptly pointing out the utter hypocrisy of the left.

That's a foolish argument.. misspellings and all.. people that aren't especially rich inherit things.. like farms or land for instance from their parents, and then have to sell part of it to pay estate taxes. Maybe you think keeping land in a family makes them lazy, but who are you to say that? And who are you to ask them to sell part of it and give to the government to redistribute? There's nothing more unfair than the death tax. Its taxing money and wealth that's already been taxed, and its not only the rich that acquire property they'd like to leave to their kids.

I don't claim to understand the "why" of this, but the answer isn't in denigrating blacks or anyone else. I really do believe that liberal policies have destroyed the black community, especially the inner city communities. The welfare and dependency culture fosters an alarming illegitimacy rate, which tracks closely with crime and poverty. The answer isn't political, at least not at first, its moral. Strong families, overall, don't raise criminals.. that's the answer..

I'm not favoring any witch hunts.. but this is one area that congressman Issa should begin checking out when he becomes the committee chair in January.
