Mike I'm with you on your first three points. The fourth one I think is weak. If your business is dependent on sub standard wage earning migrants (many illegal aliens) than maybe going out of business is the natural course it should take. An alternative is we have to pay a little more for pork. If no one uses migrants, and employees American citizens at a reasonable wage, than it is an even playing field across the board.

It isn't that native born American's won't do the jobs it is just they won't do them for peanuts. The slave owners of the south used a similar logic with goods that were produced by slaves. "We'll go out of business. How can we produce these products at this cost without them"? Yet the cotton business is still...

Well I guess that is true. But it can be said of any group or any one. In the same context the other justices know things Ms. Sotomayor can't possibly know, for the same reasons.

I grew up poor in Philadelphia and the Philly suburbs. I also happen to be white. I'm not complaining it's just a fact. Contrary to the opinion of limousine liberals and some minorities white people do not all pop out of the birth canal with a silver spoon in their mouth. I have experiences too which Ms. Sotomayor or the justices on the supreme court couldn’t possibly know.
