If Romney started to blab about all the stuff he wants to cut...a good portion of that 47% would re-elect Obbarfa! and then there would be no America...w/in 12 months. It would be real nice if some brainpower would attend some of these anti-Romney comments!

Yes, this is the typical response when politicians make non-specific proclamations or shift their positions based on their audience. The problem is that politicians have NO incentive to tell the truth or even follow up on their promises. Once in office, they have a whole industry of sycophants who will rewrite all of their actions and cast blame on everyone else. Not to mention the fact that voters are highly partisan and tend to always vote for their party regardless of broken promises and outright lies.

President Obama tanked in the last debate. Good.

Now maybe people will listen when Mitt Romney says things like, "The genius of America is the free enterprise system, and freedom, and the fact that people can go out there and start a business. ... The private market and individual responsibility always work best."

They do.

But then Romney responded to Obama by essentially saying: I want big government, too!
