Qualified for what?? exactly. He was, is a RINO........he was only a Republican when compared to Reid or Pelosi. He is NO Constitutional Conservative. He lost mostly because of voter fraud, second the 47% that want freebies and 3rd, the Constitutional Conservatives did not vote in mass.
