I have been a widow for 15 years (tomorrow) and I am so glad that we enjoyed many things together. Nights out, vacations, a cruise, etc. Of course his children were grown when we met, and mine were young, but are all grown up now. I was fortunate mine lived with my parents, therefore we did not have to plan around them all the time. They are mature productive adults in their communities today, and have children of their own, and I think they do plan for "Mom and Dad" time alone. ,

I have watched young couples sacrificing everything for their kids activities. They have an "activity calendar" in order to keep up with the children's schedules. Carpool your children with other parents, Get a sitter, but by all means put aside time for you and your husband to be alone, and not just in bed. Are your children in all their activities/sports because they want it, or because you want it for them? Also plan to have certain nights for family meals, and family "meetings" where you can discuss their problems and your concerns. Take care of your marriage!!!! Remember, you two will experience the "empty nest" syndrome soon, and if you have grown apart, it will be very hard to rebuilt it. Remember love grows as you grow.

Background checks will only affect the law abiding citizen. No criminal or crazy person will go the legal route to obtain their weapon of choice. It only keeps us law abiding citizens open for more attacks by criminals.

You can just bet if this was a white maybe Republican this would be "front page" news, Would get as much coverage as the Jodi Arias murder trial. Will probably get fined and time serves as his sentence. Hell, minor drug charges get from 5-10 years. Where is justice? There is none. He is nothing less than a murderer.

His usual action of talk and apologize might not set well with the little fat boy in NK. I have a lot of concern for the USA. We do not REALLY know what NK or Iran has. Denying care to a child IS punishable by law. I do have mixed feelings on this. If the baby is breathing has a chance to live, I do not think a human has the right to "kill" it. But I consider if this little human being can have a quality of live, or if the parent will eventually abuse the child to a much more horrible death because of a disability caused by the abortion. I just know I could never choose to let a baby of mine be slaughtered,
