Here is the difference. If the insuarnce company denies you, you can still get the treatment if you pay for it. Under OBAMACARE if they IPAB says no you are SCREWED or DEAD. You can't pay for it yourself. This already happened to an elderly person. Medicare denied a new cancer treatment. The family got the money together and when they went back to the doctor to get the treatment he said NO. That they were denied and Medicare WON'T let them pay it themselves. This is your great healthcare brought to you be liberal morons.
