The president says Rice "gave her best understanding of the intelligence that had been provided to her." If Obama can say that about Rice then he OWNS that. What would you bet that if someone confronts him on it he will then say that Rice misinterpreted the intilligence that was provided. For certain Obama is like an eel -- slippery, shocking and difficult to catch.

So Rice go only the unclas intell cover story, I presume because she didn't have a "need to know" the true story. Which doesn't say much about the importance of UN ambassador, but that doesn't surprise me.
