Voting is the purest expression we have against tyranny, needing no violence to participate, However, the current POTUS as well as many others in recent years have exploited new ways to jeopardize the validity of our election process by accepting shady if not blatantly illegal campaign contributions. This year's election is just the beginning of a great awakening we are witnessing. We must continue to educate everyone about how corrupt the process has become. We must pay close attention and exercise our duty to vote and use other means to express our distaste for Politicians...

Back in May of 1999, I made a decision to leave the Democratic Party. It was an easy decision. I had been a Democrat for 11 years. I voted for Dukakis when I was a committed leftist. But, later, when I became a pro-life conservative, there was no room for me in the party. So I became a Republican and also joined the NRA. I've been a straight shooter ever since. Excuse me if that last line sounded heterosexist. I’m a work in regress....
Since when? Elections are held in dictatorial regimes to produce the illusion of consent. Democracies often substitute the tyranny of the majority for the tyranny of a despot.
