Given a requirement for an abortion providing insurance plan for everyone and no pre-existing conditions clauses, any pregnant would wanting an abortion (or whose husband/boyfriend wants her to have an abortion) simply can switch the abortion providing insurance plan (if she does not already have it) for $1 and no questions asked. Of course, when the abortion providing plan loses money to this, the government will have to subsidize said plan per the bill.

No one was expecting Obama to turn the economy around on a dime. But he has seemed to have turned the economy, downward that is. Hopefully team Obama is not as much in denial as you are. I just returned from visiting the Great Smoky Mountains (GSM) national park in Tennessee. One park ranger there told us that polar bears are moving SOUTH from the artic and that is proof of global warming. I still can't figure out his logic.
