I've been looking at your other comments and you are actually quite witty. But I have to disagree with you about abortion. It's horrific. I found out about it as a teenager and it was so disgusting that I've never felt any other way about it. I wasn't propagandized or brainwashed, it is a barbaric, ugly thing and it amazes me that anyone can defend it. Or turn it into an argument about a woman's body. It's not about that.

I agree with bgmk. Christianity is the most revolutionary idea in the world. Forgiveness, love, long-suffering, meekness...beautiful teachings. The world needs them.
I definitely think he's more than a politician. I like that he was successful in the real world - he gets business. I think if you want to make businesses thrive you should know what makes them successful. I think he's got a huge advantage over Obama that way.
I thought the ad hit the mark. I don't want a politician in the Oval Office, I want a president. If my president can't be fair with his opponents then he DOES lack integrity. Mitt Romney's campaign should just post gas prices every day. I actually forgot what it was like to get gas for under two bucks, but I used to be able to do that three years ago.

I am a Mormon and I can tell you that the biggest secret we keep is how much we do help the poor and the needy. A High Priest iis not necessarily a Bishop, to clarify. I'm sure he was a wonderful Bishop, by the way. And it's a non-paid position where you devote 20-30 hours a week to the people of your congregation-outside of your regular job. It's one of the hardest jobs to have. And yes, we build temples. Beautiful temples and we build them all over the world. I think we have about a 100 right now. I'm so glad we do. We have found a way to help those in need and to build beautiful things. It can be done.

You guys always use the most depraved period in history to point to religion as the cause of the depravity. Everyone was barbaric back then. And the religious concepts of Christianity were being IGNORED and used for political power. I think everyone can agree that forgiveness was a revolutionary concept, and it still is. As well as being faithful to your spouse, being honest, respecting your parents and loving one another. Those ideals are worth living. What have you to offer in their place?
