Watch U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on repeal of DADT 2-2-10. Listen to Hagan. I am a party that outed married bisexual on 2-10-10. It's open marriage! Adultery and solicitation evidence by bisexual was not allowed. Both hearings were lies by omission. The year after repeal of DADT saw a 60% increase in sexual assaults in the military. It was the price of a social experiment.

I was the victim of stalking, harassment, and conspiracy to do the same. This was over a six month period, including semiautomatic gunfire outside my house at night. It caused psychological harm as diagnosed and treated. The perpetrators were the woman I had formerly resided with (I had discovered to have mental issues) and a married, bisexual, sex hobbyist, military man. (An Obama disciple). I reported to law enforcement after it began about this person I've never met or have ever spoken to, only to learn later that some were associates in the National Guard. The sheriff got an award from the National Guard "for his support" just when the statute of limitations expired. Go to the Tea Party Community and read my profile page and blog in its entirety for more particulars and documentation.
Letter to solicitor & copy to Defense Secretary Robert Gates. Subject: Criminal conduct and issue of MARRIED BISEXUAL (military), constituting an OPEN MARRIAGE. Results: Detectives on my family farm two nights later conducting supposed stakeout. My interruption of this stakeout was basis for accusing me of being a suspect and my DNA taken. Next week, semiautomatic gunfire outside my house at night. FBI, SLED, Governor, Congressman, DOD IG, Adjutant General, and Attorney General, etc. have been silent, lied, or intimidated me or my family. See Buddy Miles profile page for some of the documentation at Tea Party Community. (Terrorist notification per Treasury Sanctioning Law, etc.)
I commented in the Raleigh News and Observer about the debate focusing on conduct and how it relates to the political process, plus referring to the repeal of DADT. The comments turned to my being accused of being a "homophobe". I asked the question, does being opposed to open marriage (multiple partners), regardless of genders involved, mean that I'm a "homophobe". The answer was, "Yes". Okay, I didn't realize that I was. Sick.

Is Senator Hagan Getting Nervous?

Watch the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee's hearing on the repeal of DADT 2-2-10 and you will hear Hagan and the others use all terms (lesbian, straight, gay, etc.) except "bisexual". That's because a married bisexual, regardless of genders involved, can constitute an open marriage. I had notified the chairman, Carl Levin, prior to said hearing of this possibility. The hearing was a lie by omission! Hagan's inquiry into the outing of someone from the military is a spin on my outing of a married bisexual, self described, sex hobbyist. The summary hearing I participated in eight days later was rigged for a predetermined outcome. Evidence was intentionally omitted (solicitation, orgies, etc.) and the Major conducting the hearing acted as counsel for the individual. Again, a lie by omission. The Adjutant General lied (proof available), and the DOD IG refused to address the problem (see Buddy Miles' profile at Tea Party Community for documentation).
The DOD IG won't address a problem of open marriage in the military and the rigging of a summary hearing. See Buddy Miles profile at the Tea Party Community for proof. Imagine being a participant in a Grand Jury hearing (equivalent to a summary) and evidence is intentionally omitted.
Had I lied on the initial police reports, I would have been arrested for doing so. They can't tolerate the truth, so I'm being threatened to keep quite about the matter. Not a peep from FBI Charleston. (When two or more people come on to the premises during devisive political times, it's a violation of your rights.)
As Commander in Chief of the S.C. National Guard and upon returning from being in bed with a foreigner, I went to the state capital to confront the governor's office of wrongdoing by someone under his command. There was semiautomatic gunfire outside my house that night. (June '09) After going to Tim Scott's office and informing a military liason and Scott's assistant of my story and asking questions pertaining to violations of the Bedrock Standards of Conduct and Constitutional order, I was intimidated by law enforcement. (April '12) See my facebook page for photos of LEO's on the premises. Chicago style politics or tyranny, take your pick. Governor Haley nor Adjutant General Livingston will answer my letters.
I heard Mayor Blumberg on Letterman last night espousing his view . . . He said that criminals, mentally ill, and children were buying guns at gun shows and federal laws needed changing.
