Actually doing nothing by Congress at this time is the lesser of the evils. Let the Bush tax cuts expire for everybody and let the sequestration take place. As far as the debt ceiling, NO WAY should Congress approve yet another increase. If the "Gubmint" has to close down, better yet, they can do less harm.

YUP -the "Fiscal Cliff" is a Democrat and Liberal Media Hyperbole to put pressure on the Republicans and create a false sense of urgency to drive them over a cliff in believing they have to do something or else -stay pat Republicans and bide your time -it is called negotiating -and the next time they send Geithner to bargain at the table you go hire a Clown and send it to meet with him in all seriousness .
If Obama can not take time out from his rhetoric campaigning that has divided this country which we will probably never heal from in our lifetimes -and negotiate this himself -he is not -does not care -and will not care if we go over HIS Fiscal Driven Cliff !!!

Geithner’s visit to his office left McConnell discouraged about reaching a “balanced” deal on tax hikes and spending reductions designed to prevent...
