These things don't happen a vacuum, somebody makes a decision, they all act like the gov't runs by itself and well, you know, mistakes are made...yada yada yada. NO, somebody got these folks killed PERIOD and that somebody needs to PAY for it. I used to pilot ships for a living, if I screwed up by neglect I'd be responsible and bad things would happen to me, THIS was deliberate. 4 people had bad things happen, they got dead and I want whoever caused it to PAY for it.
