Despite its problems what's your alternative solution? I like the USPS. In fact, their business showed an increase of use by many businesses after the poorly conceived UPS strike some years ago. I love the postal service and continue to do business with them. If your gripe is with retirement, unions, fine. The majority of postal workers I've dealt with are courteous and caring people.
