Poor argument. Conservatives don't believe in universal healthcare, and the lack of healthcare is a well known risk factor for early preventable death. Everyone with the exceptions of some liberal psychopaths agree that life does begin after birth, but we don't cover everyone... The reason: personal responsibility. The poor should buy health insurance, I mean healthcare is not that expensive.

He didn't have any prominent negative symptoms like flat affect, etc. He had these symptoms for greater then 6 months, and it was severe enough to effect his life. I guess it would fit todays definition...
