tinsldr, so your argument based on government discrimination has fallacies, i.e. the government should and does discriminate against some who might seek a civil marriage license. your argument based on equal protection also has fallacies, i.e. equal protection only applies to members of the same class. male female relationships are not the same class as same-sex relationships. i am open to further discussion, but you need to identify the fallacies in my positions just as i identified the fallacies in your discrimination and equal protection positions.

Is it too much to ask that the focus of this Sunday be on football and not on “gay rights”? Will I be branded as a homophobic bigot for daring to make such a request? (I can answer that already: Yes!)
