Make the Democrats Own the Obama Economy

most likely, we all need to accept that america has reached the point in history where every democracy's demise becomes inevitable due to the citizenry deciding that they can vote themselves something for nothing. only people who are extremely ignorant could believe such a flawed concept. only people who have been educated in government run schools could be that ignorant. when this continent establishes a new government, it must prohibit the government from having any authority in determing what children are taught, by whom children are taught and where they are taught it. only the extreme economic misery that is to come will be able to penetrate the ignorance of the concept that people can vote themselves something for nothing.

But they didn't vote themselves something for nothing. They voted to take from those with more. I submit this is a reasoned, not ignorant, exercise of voting for what benefits the individual voter. It used to be more accepted common knowledge that people tend to vote based on their own pocketbook ... not any nebulous concept of economic benefit to the collective, as if anyone without economic knowledge could even expect to understand the topic. Many do, and they are scared to death at the impending economic collapse of the USA akin to the former USSR.

One bright spot of Barack Obama's re-election was knowing that unemployment rates were about to soar for the precise groups that voted for him -- young people, unskilled workers and single women with degrees in gender studies. But now the Democrats are sullying my silver lining by forcing Republicans to block an utterly pointless tax-raising scheme in order to blame the coming economic Armageddon on them.

Democrats are proposing to reinstate the Bush tax cuts for everyone ... except "the rich." (Why do only tax cuts come with an expiration date? Why not tax increases? Why not...
