If the dems hang on to the senate but Romney gets elected, its quite possible for the republicans to peel off a vote or two to do away with this job killing monstrosity of a law. Once you clear out the big O, some folks may start to come to their senses knowing that many, many other congress reps and senators lost their job because they voted in favor of obamacare...
