No person or country--not even any one religion--has a monopoly on positive values. The US has some of these, along with some pretty BS values. You do a great job of illustrating a couple of the worst of the latter group, both of which Anglos have been imposing on other cultures with their Indian Wars for the last 400 years: 1) My God is the only God and She agrees with everything we (I and my country) say and do, no matter how horrific and 2) it's my way or the highway.

In fact, the US has been living off the rest of the world since 1971, because the other 7 billion people on the planet are forced to accept relatively worthless pieces of paper with green print in exchange for commodities, goods and services which have actual value. When the Chinese wise up and stop accepting dollars for their hard work, the US economy will fall into a hole that will make the 2008 credit crisis look like a Labor Day picnic.
