Mark, a better answer for the Christianity question would be, "Listen closely. I. Don't. Care. And neither should you. This country has far bigger problems to deal with, largely caused by President Obama's policies. Let's talk about those."
Its really pretty simple. Jett's an idiot.

Liberals Are Often Wrong, But Rarely Evil

I disagree. Liberals are willing to "swat" gun rights people literally hoping they are injured or killed when they phone in their fake 911 calls. They're willing to cheat in elections (see recent video of liberals in Colorado stealing discarded ballots) to achieve their goal. They're willing to stifle free speech and even attack people they disagree with (UC Santa Barbara professor who attacked pro-life kids). They even admire people like Mao who killed an estimated 100 million of his own people. Liberals, almost always wrong, always certain, and frequently evil.
You CANNOT tell me this wacko isn't suffering from Alzheimers.
What a completely idiotic piece. Blame the victim. This completely ignores the large and growing body of evidence of the physical and mental bad effects of marijuana. It actually makes you stupid. Also no mention of the societal costs of dealing with a larger population of stupid and unmotivated people plus those who graduate to harder drugs. Who's going to pay for the cost of dealing with them? It is virtually a sure thing that the states that have legalized MJ will come to regret it. Yes we need to have stiffer penalties for use here. But to blame us because Latin America has a cartel problem is ludicrous.
I think John Wayne said it best, "Life is tough. It's even tougher when you're stupid." That, I think, pretty well sums up CNN's Baldwin, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki, and guest Robert Turner.

George Will is clearly so much smarter than Colbert. He's even smarter than Colbert thinks Colbert is.

WTF?!?! NO, smaller gubmit means some bureaucrat doesn't tell a little girl she can't sell lemonade and cupcakes on the corner. It means no $90 billion wasted on bankrupt green energy companies. It means the EPA doesn't put coal miners out of business. It means Obamacare doesn't exist. It means the government doesn't demand that banks loan money to people who can't pay it back. It means the Department of Energy, CREATED TO MAKE US ENERGY INDEPENDENT, doesn't exist (epic fail). It means the Department of Education, which serves no discernable purpose, doesn't exist. It would also mean we wouldn't have hosed $850 BILLION down the drain on the failed Stimulus. Please, look at the Apollo program. Where is our R&D for space now? Democrats killed it.
