The answer to the title question is no. Voting for Democrats is so thoroughly imbedded in the black psyche as to nullify reason and logic. That is why black conservatives deserve our profound respect and admiration. When anyone, regardless of race, manages to overcome pervasive conditioning, they should be honored. As for Jimmy Carter, he does not give sufficient weight to the humanity of the victims of abortion.
