Since neither hearings on this bill are scheduled nor is this bill on the Calendar, what makes you think it's going anywhere? I would have to read the bill to make up my mind about it.

It was just introduced and is moving along on schedule. We have ranking members sponsoring/cosponsoring it. I am told that it will sail through the legislature.
