We were not allowed to have peanut butter at my grade school and my high school. Catholic institutions.

It's called spring break because it doesn't line up with Easter at all anymore. Most of my friends who get spring breaks were 2 weeks ago, and last week. They all returned to school already, with Easter still a few days away. Only my brother who attends a christian school is off for Easter specifically. I took off on the 25th because my office was closed. I had no choice in the matter. When i was in high school, and college, i didn't have a choice then either. And FYI, most call it winter break, especially in high school, since it is almost a month of vacation.

193 programs containing violence (over-half those studied) As for the ratings system, every single program that contained violence (including the gunplay) during the study period was rated either TV-PG or TV-14. Those numbers. If i am wrong that is fine, but i want to see the report to be sure. Violence sells in this country. Dragon Ball Z was the best show on tv for kids my age growing up. Anyone who's seen it knows it is 100% violence.

You do nothing in that post but complain about guns in tv, but then go on the complain about tv shows with no violence at all. So which is it?

Name a show where they are out arresting gang bangers, where they arrest whites more than blacks. Please. Otherwise don't try to insert racism into things where it doesn't belong.

You'd be hard pressed to insult the intelligence of the average American tv audience.

You most likely got banned because those anti-obama and anti-jihadist were probably laced with racism and hate speech, like i see so often from comments on this site.

You could call pokemon violent programming, these numbers are inflated to look horrible.
If you believe that, i guess you probably don't read some of the comments below. Some of them are sickening.
Sorry, lunch break was over. I can't just sit here and wait for your responses anymore. But i will say, it is a representative democracy. Did we not elect the congressman and senators in our district/state? Yes, that many people rejected it, just like I am sure most would reject income taxes. Sometimes the people in power make decisions you don't like. Vote them out of office in the next election.
Wait, so the government IS the people, and people have rights... Hmmmm
