The long term unemployed who are able to work should own nothing that they did not have while working. They clearly need comprehensive govt. help to find or train for a job. Help should come at a shelter that is crime free, provides only healthy foods, and bans unhealthy practices. If only workers received wages there would be very little unemployment.
