This is what happens when a guy with no job experience, who isn't really all that intelligent, "charms" his way into a job he's really not qualified for. When he has to speak for himself without the help of a teleprompter you get to see who he really is. Unfortunately, he THINKS he's wonderful, so he doesn't do the hard work needed to catch up. He thinks he can lower the tides and heal the planet. So we end up with a president who thinks he knows everything who just isn't really up to the job, and everyone knows it but him.
