whats wrong with admitting more latinos? They will bolster our worker to retiree rations unlike Europe, which is in a negative population trend. By legally admitting foreigners, especially those with technical skills and those willing to perform manual labor we are only positioning ourselves for the next century.

No one should be the least bit surprised; Reid's been talking about this for awhile, and even moved unilaterally to alter long-standing Senate rules to shield his members from difficult votes last year (mission accomplished).  Filibuster "reform:" Coming soon to a Senate near you?
